Highly recommend! Five stars for Dalton. This is my favorite appliance store because of their superior customer service. I called with another question late in the day on a Friday and was not only graciously helped, but Dalton went above and beyond by taking measurements for me and providing recommendations that I had not considered. It’s refreshing when someone goes out of their way to assist you and shows that Dubuque Appliance has a high quality team. Thank you again, Dalton!

My dryer died of natural causes. Dubuque Appliance had one in stock and installed before we missed a load. Of wash. We'll done.

Salesmen was Professional and Knowledgeable when helping us choosing a Electric Ceramic Flat Top Stove . He explained all the features it has . We also purchased a Stainless Steel Refrigerator with ice maker and water spout. We had limited space in our home to work with and we found exactly what we were looking for. Prices were reasonable and They delivered and installed in 2 days and took olds ones out . We are very pleased with the service we received and We Would Always Recommend Dubuque Appliances.

We had a great experience with Dubuque Appliance! Dalton was professional, communicative, and easy to work with. Luke and Dawson did a stellar job installing the new dryer and removing the old one. The delivery was on time and the installation/removal was very efficient. Highly recommend!

The guy there was very helpful but didn't hover which for me is perfect when it comes to shopping in general. And the installers of the over the range microwave were super nice and super professional!

Nice place 2 get in and out of. Plenty of free parking. Lots of stock to chose from. Decent, competitive prices. Staff is a bit lackadaisical and snooty. They had decent answers to all my questions. So knowledgeable in at least the refrigerator/freezer area. Doesn't matter how much U spend in there though, delivery is not free. I spent $4000+ on a refrigerator/freezer and still had 2 pay for delivery.
