Great place for beginners to learn jiu-jitsu, great training environment, and people

I have been training at Dubuque Jiu Jitsu for two years. I started at 385lbs, currently down to 330. Great group of people, great atmosphere. The instructors tailor training to the capability of the students. I highly recommend DBJJ.

Great environment, great classes from the fundamentals to more advanced stuff. The instructors are all great people and members are welcoming. I highly recommend Dubuque Jiu-Jitsu if you are interested in Jiu-Jitsu.
