“The tip of my charger came off in the charging port so I called Batteries + in DBQ. They told me to bring it in and they would look at it. That if they could remove it they would, but if not, they would have to send it in. I took it in this morning and went back after work, and not only did they get it out, but they wouldn't take payment from me for doing it! They were so nice and helpful and I highly recommend this store!”

When the screen went black and he took it back they stood by the product and work and fixed it again without charging him. Thank you!
