I was having so much trouble with my car rental since it was booked on a company card. Tara (I’m not sure if she works for enterprise or the associated companies next door) but Ms. Tara thank you so much for you help, your patience, understanding and excellent customer service!

I've had to deal with the dubuque enterprise for car rentals twice. Once having to rent a car one way from O'Hare to dubuque and the most recent time for an insurance covered rental while our vehicle was being repaired. The first time they claimed I damaged the vehicle and threatened to charge me to repair it but thankfully I had walked around the vehicle in O'Hare taking pictures of every angle which showed the damage prior to my driving it. This most recent time I paid to upgrade to a slightly larger rental even though it was supposed to be covered by insurance. The vehicle was nice which is why I'll give 2 stars. However upon returning the vehicle my wife was told we had to pay for the upgrade a 2nd time and that they would not be refunding us our deposit due to the upgrade needing to be paid. My wife had the receipt showing we had paid already and the service desk person was very dismissive of her. Finally we got them to agree that it was already paid and we left after returning the vehicle was a 45 minute ordeal instead of a quick drop off like it should be. While the vehicles have always been nice both times I've dealt with enterprise in Dubuque it seems like they want to try to charge you extra and hope you don't stand up for yourself. I'm incredibly disappointed in the service.

Excellent customer service. Zack and Jeremy go above and beyond. Waited an hour after close on a Saturday for me and were willing to come in the next day if necessary to get me in a car.

Excellent service at Enterprise. I arrived at Enterprise without reserving a vehicle online. I was still in a rental within 15 minutes. Nothing I hate more then waiting at a service counter. I appreciated Jeremy doing things in a timely manner. I haven't rented a vehicle in 25 years. Jeremy was very helpful in the whole process. The day after dropping the car off, I received a call from Zack.He let me know I'd get a little money back, since I dropped the car off earlier then expected . That was a nice surprise. Also he was making sure I had a good experience with Enterprise ,and offered to make it right if I didnt. I certainly appreciated that.

I always have a great experience at this enterprise when I'm ever flying into Dubuque Iowa. Great staff, cars are always clean and have never been stuck on the side of the road due to service neglect in any of their vehicles. I had a wedding to go to recently and wanted to ride in style this time. So I rented the Dodge Challenger recently, and it drove excellent. Very clean and sporty. You will never go wrong with enterprise rent a car.

Staff was very nice, although very very had to get a hold of. Called many times, got idiverted ended up having to physically go there to check on rental prior to my trip. Was guaranteed a compact car. Was given a “highbred minivan“ instead. It was a plug-in hybrid only which did not help me at all. Very frustrating, but was given a partial refund in the end.

I rented a car awhile ago and everything went very smoothly. This last time, a car was supposed to be waiting for me but when I got to Enterprise in Freeport, there was no car. He suggested Rockford. Rockford is 25 minutes the opposite direction. I finally got a car the next day in Dubuque where I received excellent service and they had a car.

I've rented a car from the Dubuque, IA Enterprise center on numerous occasions. They are competent, reliable, and accessable. They solve problems and put the customer first....nothing like a Dodge charger for a month? Zack's team is amazing!!

After several emails and three phone calls to the Dubuque, IA Enterprise location, I'm still waiting on a refund from July of an overcharge of nearly $50. This was the third time we had rented from them, but we will definitely be going elsewhere in the future!

Reservation was for a seven passenger minivan. Was told it was "totaled" when we got there to pick it up. Were "upgraded" to SUV with poor gas mileage. Would have been good to know before I went to pick the vehicle up so I could have made other plans.
