The customer service I received was excellent! This location is staffed so you can hand off your package to a person rather than a drop box. My package was in a very small box and the FedEx employee recommended I put the box inside a large plastic envelope so it would be hard to loose it in transport. There is plenty of parking in front of the building.

Complete joke of a company. Took my package a week to move 50 miles and will not give me the option to pick up on my own time. Demands that I’m available for delivery at specified date and time, yet continues to delay my package, after paying for express delivery. Basically holds your package hostage until they feel like they want to get to it. Their delivery vans are tiny so it’s shouldn’t take 10+ hours to deliver 100% of your orders. They’re won’t communicate with you on anything or refund you. But they will charge you, they will waste your time, and they will avoid you at all costs. Save yourself the hassle if you’re anywhere in the Dubuque area, or surrounding areas, just go pick it up. Even without legs, you’re better off taking yourself to pick up your belongings that you paid for, than waiting for these minimum wage workers to deliver anything to you within a week of when they “promise” or within the actual time frame you PAID for.

Ignorant delivery drivers ..I leave note please place to side of porch so package is blocked from view literally one step to the right but nope just dropped it on front door walked away ...

In person customer service was great! But I was out of town and needed to talk to someone locally and have no way of talking to anyone but an AI which has no idea what I want. Most robot customer service reps at least connect you to a real person after a little while but this one would not budge. I get it’s a cost saving measure and you have a high call volume but you should post your local ship center phone number somewhere on your website or at least make it possible to talk to a real person at some point. If it’s this hard to get in touch with FedEx I’ll want to avoid this service in the future.

Can't even print out a shipping label. A company I work with sent me shipping labels in my email and it's not possible to print them at a Fed ex facility. Real helpful

Drivers don't want to deliver packages, constantly putting in not delivered at 6pm-7pm even though they are supposed to deliver until 8pm. FedEx Dubuque, IA is a joke.
