Once ordered a major appliance online and this location really came thru with the delivery and installation. Most recent appliance I ordered online was a complete nightmare due to BestBuy's online call center's lack of knowledge, follow thru, and limited language communication skills. Spent over two hours chatting on line as well as live on phone with remote call center. Was so fed up I drove to Dubuque store where a "face to face" person made it all right. In the future I will only order direc @ the store.

Never thought I would find an actual worthless geek squad, found one here. Don't waste your time, they will just refer you to the cell phone repair business down the street. Absolute joke.

Brought in my Apple Watch that was working and it was still under warranty and they said it wasn’t and that they couldn’t fix it for free then brought it to the Mac Man another certified Apple dealer and they said it was under warranty and replaced it right away.

If you need assistance plugging your item in, or assistance finding the plug this is the place to go. Anything beyond that you'd be better to just ask your nearest video game enthusiast.

I went to best buy to purchase a pc and ended getting one. Everything is super nice quality and nothing is broken. The worker was also very knowledgeable which was a big help. He didn't help me just pick out a pc, but also a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.

My son got a gaming PC for Christmas and we ran into some issues with it. We brought it to Geek Squad and they were not only extremely helpful but very professional! I highly recommend them

Just a headache, I stop in with a laptop wanting them to just run through it and check things out. Found out they only do things by appointment, an appointment was hard to come by in the next couple of days.

Good luck actually being able to talk to someone. I have called 3 different times simply wanting a quote. No one ever answered and there is no option to leave a message. Super frustrating! I will be taking all my business elsewhere from now on.

Dishonest or just sneaky. Both Best Buy in Dubque has new cash registers. They don't show what's being rung up. So the sales person say you owe X. You don't know if they got the right item, if they got the sale price did they charge twice etc. If you have a scorecard they don't ask if want the receipt in the bag, email or both. They just put it in the bag. It's another no customer service at Dishoest Buy. This is dishonest, sneaky and just poor customer customer service. In today's world of transparency it's not at Hidden Buy.

Bought computer six months ago from Best Buy and this is the third time in two months it has been shipped out to the service center, each time with the same problem that never gets fixed. Geek squad didn't provide a loaner computer and I am a nursing student finishing my senior year without a computer . Service was poor .
