Great service from the ladies who work there! They were super knowledgeable, friendly, and able to size and outfit everyone quickly. The in house seamstress had us in an out in about 30 minutes. Make sure to check out their resale section!! I was able to find some fun vintage shirts, pants, and tuxedo shirt for super reasonable.

The staff at Gordon's is super easy to work with. .they did a miracle job and has us looking amazing at my sons wedding. They even found the time to do a few last minute fixes and make a vest for my youngest son. I highly recommend Gordon's for your special occasion needs!!

Best place in Dubuque to rent a tux for your wedding! I rented a tux three times this fall and had a great experience every time. They were especially accommodating for my brother’s wedding which was out of town and had multiple people who had to send in their sizes. Even sent two pairs of pants for a difficult person who might have needed to size up. Very accommodating! Very affordable!

Cally and her staff we amazing with my husbands suit rental for our out-of-town wedding! Since the new management took over, the store is updated, the options are incredible, and the service is top notch. This was a way better option than my husband buying a new suit, it was really affordable. I LOVE supporting a local store owner.

We rented suites from the ladies at Gordon’s for our wedding party and couldn’t be more happy that we went through them!They are knowledgeable and extremely helpful! We had a large party and several members of the party were coming from a distance. Gordon’s stayed in constant contact with me and made it an easy process for both pickup and return! Can’t thank them enough!

The gals that own/work here know their job inside and out. Tell them what you'd like and let them do the rest! If you have concerns, voice them then as they will do their best to fix any issues.I see many negative reviews, and all I can say is they are a high stress environment. They know whats up, don't argue because believe it or not, the customer doesn't always know whats best.Thank you, Gordon's, for making my wedding day perfect for me and the boys.

Had a wedding in Iowa, the ladies there were amazing. I had measurements taken from men’s warehouse and everything was wrong. They fixed it all, resized me, hemmed the pants and suit right there and had me out the door in an hour! I highly recommend them.

Sent here by a reference to have the least helpful experience I’ve ever had. Yes, they rent dress shoes, but “we dont like to just rent shoes” so hopefully you need the suit too. $40 to rent the shoes so she recommends that we just go buy a $100 pair of dress shoes that wouldnt be worn again. Extremely condescending and rude.
