Just started with this company and so far am very happy with all the outcomes, every promise made during new hire was kept no hidden secrets at all. Got my truck and it was far above my expectations which is fantastic! My DM is a cool person and I look forward to a good relationship with him. Everyone I have met in the offices have been the most down to earth people ever and always willing to help and answer questions with my previous companies that wasnt the case most acted like it was a hassle to even have to deal with you. So far I'm absolutely loving the switch to hirschbach and wished I had done it sooner.

7 out of 10 would be my rating of the company. The recruiting staff is pretty good very reliable, not just during hiring but as you move on as well. Dispatch was shaky at first, after getting to know each other and familiarize James became my go to guy. Hometime is as asked for properly, trucks set up with TV an wifi, not bad routes an accounts. Good company for a settle individual that does not require much income from the lease, but if your young an hungry might not be the best move for you. Income could be better but amazing fuel prices.

Hirschbach is a very good company. The trucks are very well equipped with high speed internet/wifi , SiriusXM, large fridge, 24" mounted flat screen tv and APU. They also offer many different positions from local, dedicated, and OTR. Dani was my recruiter and i was very pleased with the on-boarding. She was able to answer all my questions. I'd recommend Hirschbach and Dani if you're looking to start , or make a move, in your trucking career.

So I will finally leave a review 5 plus years later. Raw and Uncut. When I first got here my dm was horrible but that one phone call with a dm to speak with a supervisor changed everything. That dm and I clicked when she heard my concerns( switched to her board after a month).Well 5 plus years later she is still my dm. I earned her respect, planners respect, fleet managers respect because when I said I was going to be on time or I could rescue that load or drive over night and not stop except for my 30 minute break, I did it. If you don’t run you won’t make money. Now I own my 2020 truck that I leased. I was able to build my credit and bring the price down to take out a business loan and build my business credit. I have a house, I take care of my little family, 2 Mercedes Amg’s ALL BECAUSE I WORKED HARD WHEN GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY. I’m still here apart of the very select few of 11 o/o’s even when they wasn’t trying to bring people on because my track record earned it for me. If you don’t run DONT DO LEASE, if you don’t have a end goal DONT DO LEASE, if you can’t manage time DONT DO LEASE, if you can’t push through the ups and downs DONT DO LEASE, you will put yourself in a bad spot. I’m here and still pushing with my own authority and all. It’s been a ride but I’m 1 step closer to really living a dream, so I won’t stop now. I hope this helps anybody on the fence whether it steers you towards the company or away from lease. There is money to be made. You just have to want it bad enough. Added some pics so you can see for yourself, that I’m not talking just to talk. Hirschbach put me in a position to win and I ran with it. In order to have something you never had, you have to do things you never done. Safe travels

Good company overall.Other than that.I run.I make above average pay in industry.I can go home when I ask.I have a good truck.Awesome D.M.If Unload and load times worked quicker.I’d make more. But that’s not on company!Oh…and if Biden/Harris weren’t in office and economy wasn’t how it is right now.Still above average.

My brief time with Hirschbach. That first line basically says it all. They feature top line trucks, for a reason, because their governing staff (Dispatch) isn’t TopLine.Generally speaking OTR Drivers, License option drivers; Are 24hour employees. Driver Managers, Fleet Managers, Load Brokers, and afterhours are a necessary EVIL.However, OUR licenses are OUR Own. Assignment of LATE Loads isn’t the fault of the driver.Though, their EVIL lawlessness, is their own (Brokers); to suggest, any late load is the fault of the driver and then when you request a different driver manager… they will deny you one.If the caucus of Truck Operators actually tried to get along. The EVIL lawlessness, wouldn’t have a career. Hirschbach Employs a woman that works for dispatch, that in our group meeting she quoted wrong dot guidelines, yet, the safety staff looks the other way.Postscript, In the privacy of my license truck or any truck assigned to me. I will talk my smack. I do not give permission to anyone recording me. So driver manager Smilie or whatever her name is, was always deriving an argument, from day #1. Though, I didn’t argue with her directly and then she gives me her cell number and acts like she is a different driver. Straight Bipolar. If you can choose any other company … Do.+1 ? for the Truck.+1 ? for Orientation.+1 ? for Everyone that gives a shyt.-1 ? for Driver Manager-1 ? for not assigning a different driver manager. But since this company is overtly racist they get 1 ?… sit me in a conference room, with a group of Italian Caucasian people … Have but two dark skin people walking around. As to suggest what?!
