7 years and counting! This is the only program I've stuck with. The music, the instructors and the environment are what makes it special to me. And, it's a great way to pump up your heart and burn calories!

Jazzercise is awesome! At first I thought I would never be as quick with the dance routines, but give it a few classes and it was easy enough to catch on. So much fun and addicting! You just want to go back for more classes because you feel so good when you are done. 😊💪ðŸ‘

Jazzercise is fabulous; the variety of music is awesome along with ALL of the instructors. Having the various age groups and experience of instructors, I find key to helping me achieve my goals for the strength building and toning, I want. Everyone is very HELPFUL, if you need guidance or suggestions on "how to," just ask. You can attend class as many times a day as you want or, if you can only attend a portion of the class time, that works too (especially for those working MOM'S). Your investment and time spent towards your well being and health is priceless. Most importantly, it's time for you....I call it "ME" time.

I love jazzercise. My body never felt so good. I recommend it to every one who tells me that they are stiff and in pain. You are able to go at your own pace and do what you can. The instructors are great.

Love, love,love Jazzercise. It's upbeat and high energy. All the action can be modified to fit your stage in life. I like the combination of cardio and strength and again that you can increase your weights or exertion to get what you want it of the workout. The dance moves are repetitive enough so you can catch on quickly but new routines keep you from being bored. One of my favorite hours of the day, i can come in with a terrible stress headache and leave rejuvenated. Let's face it, this exercises your brain as much as your body so you can forget your other problems for a while and enjoy!

I love the variety of times and classes they offer. It's a great workout by the end of class. The instructors seem to know everyone's names and have an awesome way of making all feel welcome!
