Terrible experience earlier today. My wife and I got accused of stealing a pack of $5 batteries. The lady who was working completely ignored us the whole time we were there, she then sees a cop pull up and thinks it's ok to harass him about it because she wasn't doing her job and keeping an eye on the place. Even the cop thought she was crazy, especially when he looked in my bag and saw batteries with Ace hardware on it. Not only did we get harassed by the cop ( even though he was just doing his job) but the cop got harassed by your terrible employee. Please get your people in check, I'm not coming back here again for the foreseeable future unless I want some DQ lol. Side note you're lucky we don't press charges for harassment cause that was ridiculous, my wife was starting to get a panic attack cause we didn't do anything wrong and your employee and a cop start accusing us of something we didn't do.

I stopped in yesterday around 130 to grab lunch on my break and the cash register girl noticed the food was expired over an hour.I had asked the manager if they had anything fresh but the didn't and I was in a hurryI asked the manager if he could discount it because it was old but he wouldn't discount the food either.Horrible customer service and they don't keep an eye on their food times.

Gas station has fairly friendly employees, their pumps work, they have a DQ which is decent. No issues really here ever.The parking lot could use a re-do especially by GAS PUMP #1. If you have a motorcycle BE-CAREFUL as the concrete is raised and un-even. It's a great spot to catch your front tire and almost wipe out. Had that happen last night.Luckily I caught myself from crashing a new 2023 Honda Enduro with 600 miles. Kwik Star/Rainbo I hope you will fix it soon and I will update my review if that happens.I will definitely be more careful coming in to your place if I come back and try to avoid that area in the meantime.

I'm a regular here. But, Today I got charged $38 instead of $24 for a 20 usd gas and 4 bucks for a coffee and a chocolate. Went back immediately and they gave me back 10 bucks. Still owed me 4. If this won't solve then I'll go somewhere else.

Refused to redeem Iowa Lottery Ticket they carry. Hope that $2 was really worth permanently losing a customer over. You don’t seem to have a problem selling the tickets.

I went into the gas station to grab tea, and asked the lady checking me out for hand sanitizer or if there was any accessible and she told me "its for employees only" with an attitude. I will not return because with all the illness going around at this point its very unsanitary to not offer customers the proper needs. I do not recommend to a family or friend.
