Terrible experience. I had my truck there for three years they decided they want to do evict me for no reason gave me a 14 day notice and then made a huge deal about it. I told him I was out of the country and he gave me the phone number to a tow company very professional.

I love that I was able to just go online and get a unit. Until it came down to me moving out of my unit I was having issues, they helped via text. I texted them 2 weeks in advance saying I'd be moving out they only need a week in advance notice.( I moved out the 32st) Came down to the last day got it all out by 2pm just for the next of the month to roll around and for them to try to charge me again. I turned my card off the day before due to a suspicion they might charge me since auto pay was activated. Even though I had communicated with them, it being and extra week early for the move out notice still tried to charge me.
I enjoyed the service up until this point. I won't be renting with a company that even thou you move out, let them know way ahead of time that they will still charge you.

The website was very easy to navigate and the process of obtaining a unit was very simple and straightforward. Love the prorated fees and autopay features!

Excellent customer service from the owners, always easy to access my units. I have had a wonderful experience with Locked In Dubuque Storage and would recommend them to all of my friends and family. Very reasonable pricing and clean, spacious units!
