I kind of get locking up the Romex and taking it to the front, but I don’t need someone to stand there and press buttons on the screen and talk me through checking out. Either open up full service lanes or leave me alone!
I have now give you one star. Our shades were removed a month ago and still no refund. We paid before anything was installed and have to wait weeks for a refund. Unacceptable!

Lowes ALWAYS drops the ball at delivery. Very nice sales person, delivery on time and NO MATTER WHAT the delivery guys suddenly cant do what you paid for like hook up a washing machine. So now I get to chase LOWES again, for a refund. And how many more years will it take until lowe's realizes that their automated phone system simply does not work?

Customer service is great, managers are helpful and plumbing department is super knowledgeable!!! Also Abbey at customer service is always nice and friendly. My sister just bought her first home and because of my recommendation she will be purchasing all her new appliances from Lowe’s!!

My experience with Lowe’s in Dubuque, Iowa is mixed while the store and the employees are helpful and friendly their customer service is lacking in two areas the first the Lowe’s warranty program we spent nearly $300 for the 5 year plan that we can not get assistance or anyone to help, second their delivery service for their appliances is through a third party, that for whatever reason can’t keep their delivery trucks from breaking down today was the 2nd time my home was to be delivered to and the 2nd time their truck that was delivering the merchandise broke down. I called to speak to customer service no one knows nothing about why my appliances are still pending delivery the time we were given for delivery was 8:30am-12:30pm it’s currently going on 8:00 pm and we still haven’t received our appliances one of thee associates tried helping but still to little to late. I am very disappointed with the level of accountability and lack of communication.

In store salesmen are very helpful and make promises but the delivery and service end is very unreliable and disorganized not meeting any of the salesmen’s promises. Then customer service, even up to the corporate level are horrible. Passing us on from one person to another with no one taking responsibility and resolving issues. Very disappointing.

the sales guy was great, Josh. He told us products would be delivered installed and old units hauled away in a couple days. No fault of his but Lowe’s needs a better system and understanding of each department. apparently the warehouse delivery and installation are all separate and they all have different ideas of communications and implementation. They are not cohesive. Working with Lowe’s has been an absolute nightmare. We’ve already made more than 11 phone calls. Been transferred seven times on one single phone call and during the hour of being on the phone they said “a manager will call you tomorrow” and then he did not. We have been hung up on twice and two weeks later we still do not have the units that we’ve paid for and we’re supposed to be delivered in 3 days. They didn’t call us with updates when the delivery didn’t come 2 different times, we had to call them. Today we called again and they informed us of a new delivery date - again not communicated to us- we had to call to find out. Delivery guy didn’t take old unit away and was supposed to so we need annother service to come out. Everyone seems to not have answers and passes us off to the next person. Manager Chris was supposed to call us never did. Install installation came before delivery was made so it was a waste of time . Project manager for the entire ordeal telling them how many people need to come, and what needs to be done first. It seems like the logical thing that this company would know that you need to order the supplies have them delivered have the old units removed and then have the units installed but they haven’t had the steps flow in the right order and I’m shocked at the lack of efficiency and poor communication. After 2 weeks, today the man I spoke with said there were “no notes” associated with our number which is wild because we have been on the phone over 10 times already about this. We’ve received little to no empathy and NO apologies or efforts to make this right. We’ve been offered no compensation. We are so very disappointed with Lowe’s and will never shop there or use their services again. I was overly kind and positive despite a very frustrating situation and still received attitude and ZERO apology after 2 weeks countless phone calls and attempts to get the devices we paid for, delivery, haul away, and installation. The entirety of this business transaction has been inappropriate and unacceptable. We paid for a service so we didn’t have to go thru these kinds of headaches and it’s been more of a headache than if we just went to a local appliance store and did it ourselves. What a disappointment. We spent a ton of money and it was absolutely wasted on services that were not delivered. It will be 3 weeks when we finally get the unit (hopefully?) and then they still need to schedule a haul away and install - I’ll be lucky to have this all completed in 4 weeks. If this is standard procedure then it should have been communicated but instead we were told it would be done in 3-5 days. The people we’ve worked with over the phone have made this experience truly miserable. Lowe’s should make this right and offer any kind of concession and they have not. Customer service these days and the value of a business are unrecognizable.

I don't know what Lowe's store you are shopping at, but employees hide and run when asked questions, and can't ever find an associate except a specialized one. At least at Menards, there are always people to ask where items are and they will leave their task to show you exactly where something is.
