I have used this business in the past without incident, however the last time I went in it seemed like it was under new management. This has our been to place for oil changes in Dubuque. I little more expensive than others but the speed was worth it. In and out very fast.Go in today and staff stated corporate stopped the basic oil change. Now I have to pay another $12 for stuff I don't want. $68 for a standard oil change is way to much.I will be looking for a new placeService: Oil change

It's a fairly small store but it's usually really organized and the workers are very friendly to me. They want to help anyone. Also there is a small auto shop connected to the store/gas station. In sells also some quick gifts.

The guys at the lube shop were very friendly and the service was fast and professional, plus the place was very clean and nice! I'm from out of town and they took care of me like I was a longtime customer! Would definitely recommend Big 10 to anybody who needs an oil change!
