I needed extra space and I was familiar with Safeguard for its convenient location one phone call and Tom was happy to help me out. Clean and well maintained and it seems the renters look out for each other.

New owners are really fixing these units up. We needed a unit in a hurry & Tom provided excellent customer service. Unit was clean and reasonably priced. We've been recommending them to everyone!

We needed a place to store our camper and a place to store additional items. They were able to accommodate our needs quickly. We have access to our things at anytime. The area has always been clean and well taken care of. Easy access to get in and out. Most of all, I know that my things are safe and secure.

I needed a storage unit rather quickly. I had good experience renting from a place on the outskirts of town years ago but it was quite a jaunt. I checked this place out as this storage area is closest to my house. A unit was being cleared out from items someone had left behind but Audrey was able to show it to me so I could see of it would be big enough. She was a good communicator and prompt when she met me at the unit. While I was there I met Tom, one of the owners. He greeted me with a big smile and I felt like this was the right place for me! Both Audrey and Tom explained that the unit would be cleaned and serviced before I moved in. I met Audrey at the office where I signed my contract. She explained the lease and made the process easy. I gained access within a day. The unit was cleaned, the door was serviced (greased and track adjusted). I'm so thankful I got this unit and Tom is wonderful! From what I understand, Tom is a new owner within the last year or so. I highly recommend his company!

Our daughter attends college in Dubuque. We found the location was very convenient. Units are clean. We met Tom during our move out at Loras college. We rented the unit for the summer. Very helpful and kind and helped us when we had issues with the lock we had purchased. Tom is great. Highly recommend.

I'm not saying the small unit can hold around 15 bodies, but I'm also not saying they can't hold around 15 bodies....Jkjkjk We would never condone the use of a storage place for 15ish bodies.

So what's going on with the gate to the storage units? I have my things in a storage unit and the gate it locked. Only thing the lady inside could tell me is, "yeah it's broken right now we don't know when ur will be fixed?"

New ownership. Very friendly and helpful. Quite a few brand new units. Doing major renovations to older units. Units and grounds are kept clean, large areas to turn around large vehicles, whole facility is safe and secure. Highly recommend.
