“I have some issues with my feet and had heard good things about how Brown's will help solve problems and will find the best shoe for each customer. I was very eager to visit as I desperately needed new walking shoes.
First visit I met and worked with Joanne.
She was terrific. I was given as much time as needed to find the right shoe.
She is very knowledgeable about how a shoe should fit and the different lines they carry. I left with a new pair and was very happy with my experience.
Well, once on hard surfaces the selected.shoes didnt work out. I went back and Joanne was, again, very helpful with finding a different 'best' shoe.
I cant say enough how much I appreciate the time and attention she gave to me. No pressure to purchase, no hurry to get to the next customer. I'll be going back for fall shoes soon.
