Staff was friendly, patient and helpful. I was measured for a pair of dress pants and they said they'd deliver it by mail within 2-3 business days. 5 business days later the pants never arrived. I called and they told me the pants were never sent. They cancelled the delivery and refunded me. I've read similar reviews at other stores. It's a great store - but do not rely on their deliveries.

I needed something to wear to a “formal” dinner in just a few days. My wife “informed” me that this was where we were going. I’m not normally one to shop, but this was a good experience. Very well attended to, & good selection. I just tried on what my wife & the young man waiting on us decided on & we will definitely return the next time I need something ! Very attentive, cordial & knowledgeable as far as current fashion & style!!

Horrible absolutely horrible customer service coming from someone in sales.. I walked in there and was in there probably 15 minutes and this worker was in there with 1!! Other customer as me and my cousin walked around and browsed, and waited for service. Not one time did he say please wait, I’ll be right with you. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.. Then proceed to check this guy out as I walked out the door never said thanks for coming nothing. So I took my business there grahams and bought my suit there. Very disappointed and definitely will not be back. Guy was to worried about small talk.

We were told that you could submit your measurements online and being in a wedding just before, some of the groomsman had them from other stores. Mens wearhouse then told them they had to go in and get measured as they can only use there own measurements. Their system is awful as well with measurements getting lost and no one knowing what is going on. We were also charged full price for a 3 year old's tux after being told it would be half off when he was measured. They also had the worst shoes all the groomsman have ever been in with the tongue of the shoe leaving brusises on all of our feet. We were also not told our tuxes had to be back the next day.

I love quality customer service, good pricing, and experienced, knowledgeable staff. This place checks all those boxes. Led by the extraordinary Michael Tokarz (store manager), this place gets it. Great selection and their customer service are at a unique level. I am grateful to Michael for his taste in fashion and the versatility that he stressed. He set me up with great clothes for business meetings and absolutely nailed every one of them. I needed some new biz outfits for work purposes, and he crushed on so many levels. Whether it is business or casual wear, visit this place, they won't steer you wrong. And, ask for Michael, because he knows his stuff.

Service was excellent. They are working very hard but are clearly understaffed. More importantly, they need new computers. We had to switch computers 3 times simply to submit my measurements. At least 20 of the 45 minutes I waited in there was due to slow old bad computers. It makes it very difficult for employees to do their job. This review is meant to praise the employees but they need to fix the computer issue. Ultimately I had to call my sizes into another store as the system kept glitching. Once again, great service friendly employees. They need new computers. Something so simple became far too complicated.
