I visited Michael's in Dubuque tonight to exchange a string of beads which had quite a few broken pieces on it. Apparently, according to Lee the cashier, I would have to pay an extra $5 to exchange my beads. Apparently this was because I purchased them with a "buy 3, get 3" deal and it would only return half of the value to me and then I'd have to re-purchase the non broken beads at full price. This didn't make any sense since I was just exchanging the broken string of beads for the same exact string of beads not broken. She became extremely rude with my wife and I (in a strong passive agressive fashion) and eventually allowed me to return the string at full price and I rebought the new unbroken string at full price. She then aggressively shoved my bag towards me to get out of the store. I work in retail at all levels and have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism.

Renee is picture frames was awesome, did an amazing job. Would definitely recommend, she was so professional. Really has an eye for layout, helped us pic color and design.

Very rude representative at the photo center. Absolutely no idea how to treat customers. I recommend the manager reconsider giving them training skills or firing them for unprofessional behavior.

Used for UPS pickup location. I asked for my package to be held for 2 additional days. Got sneered at and hung up on. Package was returned to sender immediately. I guess I’m a hobby lobby guy now. They are better anyway.

I was a little disappointed. Michael's usually has quite a bit to choose from. This time, they were pretty limited on almost everything. The service was fantastic! Atmosphere didn't feel warm and inviting like before to me.
