I like using my electronics until they are almost dead, so I took my almost 4 year old phone to get a battery replacement to squeeze another couple of years out of it. I came in, they gave me a quote, and since they were going to have to order new parts I was able to use my phone normally until the parts came in.
When the parts were ready, it only took a couple hours to complete the repair, and that was with a couple other electronics in line before me! I was expecting a much longer time to go without my phone and even prepared an older phone in advance to use for the time being!
Altogether their service was professional, speedy, effective, and very reasonably priced! I would absolutely recommend!

Great staff and excellent service! Hunter was particularly helpful in addressing my issues and very friendly. Incredibly knowledgeable even when I wasn't sure exactly what was wrong with my laptop. Diagnosed the issue and saved me a LOT of money compared to if I have sent back to the manufacturer. 10/10 would recommend.

I used them to replace a screen. Was done in a little over an hour. The initial repair was defective (no fault of theirs) and they repaired it for free. Also went in on a different subject. Instead of charging me for what I initially asked for, Hunter troubleshooted the problem for me, had the problem fixed in 15 minutes AND saved me $50. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

I went in with an issue with the power button on my laptop, they didn’t hesitate to help. They took it to the back and got it repaired in about 10 minutes. Very thankful they could help!

Process took a few days - going in to show them the problem, then them ordering the part that came in a few days later, then the few hour wait to install - but overall, it was a good experience, would use them again
