Once again, welcome to the Midwest. 3-4 Employees gathered around a friend or family member that stopped in, while completely disregarding 3 lanes of customers patiently waiting over 5 minutes to be acknowledged because they needed "assistance" before they can check out. *Not all incompetent employees were captured in this photo.

They eliminated cashiers down to one. The wait now is about 20 minutes on a busy day then 5 minute wait to get out! I asked why only one cashier on a busy day before major holiday. I saw a bunch of employees standing around doing nothing. Response: That’s corporates rule. Oh so making people stand in long lines is good for customers because we use cash or checks! More bs cashless society to control the sheeple! Out of control of the corporations are all in on the Great Reset agenda! The banksters can also shut off your digital money if you get out of line! Wake up! They had plenty of non working people to check people out but would rather keep them closed in order to make us angry so we would comply to their cashless society!

Right when you walk in, there are times you need to show your membership and times you don't. Carrying a baby, purse, etc I don't have the hands or time to put everything down to get my membership card out. I have ordered from their website multiple times and each time the order is not correct.

Clean, well stocked, even during covid. Well, the bounty paper towel is iffy... not their fault!

Immediately I was questioned about my membership and then they tried to renew my membership when it wasn't even due. The cashier realized the mistake and cleared it once and then proceeded to charge me again!!!!! Then she said I had to go customer service. Customer service was so rude!!!! Worst shopping experience ever!
