Other storage place in Dubuque flooded out stuff, but this place kept our belongings safe. You can tell that the design of this place considered keeping storage units raised and dispersing water away from the units. If we store stuff in Dubuque again, we’ll definitely choose this place.

Joe runs a top notch storage facility at Seippel Road Storage! Beautiful new storage unit buildings with concrete floors, outdoor space, and well lit with plenty of security cameras. Would highly recommend!

Best storage place I have used! I stored two travel trailer bunkhouse campers (30ft), storage was not only affordable, but he also knocked a little off since I was storing two. Every time I have needed anything or texted Joe, he was responsive and very helpful! If I ever need storage in Dubuque again, I will definitely go here - Joe is the absolute best!!!

Clean, newer, video surveillance. No interior power. Not climate controlled. Very well managed.

Great place to store camper. Owner stays in contact with renters if they notice anything we should be aware of.
