Stonehill Health Center is a comprehensive continuum of senior services founded in 1978. It offers post-acute rehabilitation, outpatient therapy services, long-term care, memory care, independent and assisted living, home care, a public wellness center, and a Caregiver Resource Center. The staff provides great, friendly, and helpful care, described as exceptionally supportive and kind with heartfelt attention. It is a great place for rehab, occupational therapy, and physical therapy, noted for helping with balance and pain. The community allows for socializing or solitude.
