Tessa Enzenauer was a great help to me in transferring my insurance coverage from another company to Allstate. I received a letter in the mail tickling me to contact Allstate at the time of my insurance anniversary. It was a big enough difference in premium to make the call. Tessa answered immediately (no frustrating transfers) she gave me all the info I wanted - and more - about coverages and costs. She was quick to email that information in writing to me for my review. Her follow-up was much appreciated as I had many things going on and wasn't paying attention to what I needed to do. Tessa answered all my questions and took care of securing my coverage for home and auto - on time - so I could happily cancel another policy that was grossly over-charging me.

I had some difficulties with my mortgage company saying I did not have insurance. So when I called Allstate, Brena Rairsen answered she was very friendly and helped me through this hiccup. She went above and beyond to straighten everything out even called the mortgage company to help find out what was going on. I am beyond happy with Tim Dieter Allstate company. Everyone there has been so kind and helpful. Always going above and beyond .Thank you!
