Today is July 7 2025. I stopped by Ulta to shop for a new cologne. I was helped by Mia. She was very helpful and professional. She made me feel comfortable, with her warm, calm personality. I tried some Versace. Since I love the clothes. The cologne is wearing well Mia. Thank you for showing me. I am gonna buy this one. It's bold, and earthy, with an unmistakable woodsy undertone that settles in later. As a guy I had no idea that the men's cologne was mixed in with the ladies scents, but put on the bottom of the display...Guys pay attention to that. Now ya know where to go to get the good stuff. Now go smell good for your woman!

We had such a great experience! My daughter got her summer haircut with Sonja, and she absolutely loved it. Sonja was friendly and patient. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend booking with her.

Noel at the Ulta Salon is a consummate professional. They really know how to make someone feel important, listened to and valued. It is a very cheerful and upbeat experience. I cannot recommend Noel's services enough . I have had hair done in LA and Chicago and Noel is just as if not more talented. Bravo.

Went in to ask for some help because I had messed up doing my hair on my own at home and two of the workers made me a feel horrible. The one guy who works in the salon said over and over this is why we go to a salon. Well sorry not all of us have the money for a three hour appointment. It really did not make the situation any better.

Noel gave me the best and most comfortable haircut. It’s pretty hard to find a stylist who is patient as well as professional. Asked permission to touch me before anything and made sure over and over that I was okay with everything I got! They have an Instagram at @noel.mua

I came into Ulta because I needed a new foundation. The woman who helped me was named Madison & she was amazing! She helped me pick the right shade and I even bought all of the products she used on my face as well because she was so nice. Thanks Madison ?

I love this Ulta! The staff are always friendly and helpful and I can always find what I need here, and lots that I don’t need but want!?I hadn’t cut my hair in many years and decided to schedule an appointment for a signature cut since I had a diamond member beauty service credit and Noel did an AMAZING job! I always appreciate a stylist that takes the time to understand exactly how I want my hair cut and really puts their all into cutting it that way! I will only be going to Noel for any hair services from here on out!

Love how all of the workers are standing around on their phones while only 2 people are on register with a line of 20+ people.Not to mention the worker who took a customer and skipped everyone in line to check her out.

This Ulta location is located within Kennedy Mall in Dubuque and is very well stocked with the variety beauty items you'd expect at an Ulta, and there are hair styling services in the store. The staff was very helpful to me (took me right to the area I needed and helped me find the makeup selection that would work for me).
