I have been to this location multiple times and have been sadly disappointed in the complete lack of customer interaction by their staff. The only reason I went there today, is because in this area, there are not many options. The atmosphere in that store is awful, the employees are not friendly and in fact don’t even want to look you in the eye, and didn’t respond when I tried being friendly to them. I don’t expect over the top enthusiasm but.i do expect basic politeness.

The people at the Dubuque store are so awesome!!! They are kind and prompt! I was a bit shocked at the cost to send a package from Dubuque to Boston, but that isn't their fault.

I recently has a large bulky item that needed packaged and shipped. This UPS store made it happen. They figured out a way to pack it up and shipped it right away. I really appreciate that they acted like 'hey, no worries - we will take care of it for you'.

I’m guilty of sending packages last minute for the holidays this year. Arrived at this store expecting a long wait, but instead found very friendly staff that had things running smoothly. Just wanted to say THANKS!

My fiance and I paid to have Christmas boxes shipped to the West coast for her family on this past Sunday. Through Tuesday, according to tracking information, those packages have yet to leave Dubuque. Im not sure what the issue is, but those packages should've started moving no later than Monday. I paid for shipping, not storage. Needless to say, I'm extremely disappointed in the shipping ability of this shipping place.

This UPS store helped me do an Amazon return (where I just showed the QR code) in less than 1 minute. I was greeted promptly, and was out of the store quickly. The store has a lot of services.

Owen was extremely helpful in making three returns for my daughter. I was on a tight schedule and he made possible for me to make the schedule. He help with the QRcodes on my phone. I would give him a 5 plus for service ??
