I’ve been going to Us Bank for a few years. I always got friendly service. But today was in the drive up at the JFK location. The lady who waited on me was rude she didn’t ask me how I want my cash back, or apologize for the wait. She just cash my check and didn’t say anything

I come here everyday to do deposits and the staff and service is always great. I feel so bad for them when I see other customers treating them unfairly, yelling at them or just being plain rude for no reason. I’m sure the staff knows exactly what they need in order to help you. It’s not always that easy to get it though.

This banks ATM sucks. Returns all of your cash for no reason. Ontop of, businesses have to deposit through the atm due to the higher fees making deposits through an employee inside. Change orders- they never answer the phone.Literally the worst bank.

I just refinanced my mortage and I would have to give that process 3 stars, pretty unoranized, BUT I want to call out Claudia at this branch that would get 10 stars if I could hand them out. She is the peson that recommended I take advantage of the low interest rates (she was the drive thru teller) and then she followed up and told me she would call me when the loan was online at her end so she could reset up my automatic payments. She is amaizing and very organized.

Driving for over 15 years your branch has the worst design! My vehicle just curbed attempting to a slight right turn from the ATM. This is a horrible design considering the right hand turn is going with the flow of traffic. Fix the layout before someone else is a victim.

US Bank in general has the worst customer service I've ever seen. There are no words to describe their lack of service and the commenter above is correct....they appear to get enjoyment out of making everything as difficult as possible for you. down right rude...glad to be almost done with them!!!

My mother is very sick, and sent me with cash to place into her account so automatic bills could come out properly. The tellers name was Mona, and instructed me that since I didn't have her full account number that she would not accept a deposit, and actually appeared to get a little kick out of my frustration. I would never have an account at us bank.
