Every single person I have ever interacted with at the store was both friendly and Incredibly helpful. I had the pleasure of being helped by Tyler and manager Nate this time. Don't be afraid to walk in if you can't get an appointment either, usually they have someone free anyway to help :)

Everything was going well but the man who attended me had never seen it apparently it's new, I forgot my passport I wanted to pay for my plan and that's why I don't accept my payment or I don't know if it's a case of racism my name is on the card I gave him I also gave him two IDs which he rejected

This location has progressively gotten absolutely terrible... Sadly it's Dubuque's only corporate store therefore it's the only one to accept cash as payment. Unfortunately even for payments, you must check into a poorly run queue and wait for well over an hour - making it a huge inconvenience and a gamble of time.Simply don't ever visit if you're on any type of time constraint.Times are tough for everyone, understandably, though the sense of urgency at this place is non-existent and is perceived as wholly rude & impersonal.Of course, autopay would be ideal and would "save me the inconvenience of having to wait over an hour to pay my bill," sure, though as a restaurant worker, cash is still preferred in my world...As such, it was that last comment that prompted me to write this review. A little jab of unprofessionalism.

Went in for a simple screen cover replacement and got excellent service. Thank you so much to Camden for thoroughly making sure my screen cover was placed perfectly on. She even went the extra mile and cleaned my phone!

So I was lied to in store again and sold a product that I asked pacific questions about before hand. To then when I installed it I was told now it won't work and need to pay another $200-400 to buy more equipment to get the service I was first sold. Employee in store lied when I asked multiple times as well as rep on phone. Would not let me speak to another supervisor when I asked. And basically said not there fult. This like selling me car and then find out it has no engine. So I have to pay now 5x more to get same service I was sold. Even tho I have there sales rep recorded saying not to worry it will work. The online rep didn't care and said talk to them then. This concerns me that they sold services that wasn't gona work to me to make a sale and was rushed my out the door.

Had just an awful time. Worked with Isaiah and the man was just useless. I had to do the work myself and transfer my files over and i had to transfer my own phone number by calling old company and arrange it myself. All this guy did was sit there. USELESS!
