Our customer service experience at this store was very unprofessional and unsanitary. The store was very unclean and the service rep was more than willing to spread germs. Would not recommend going to this employee.

If I could give a negative star I would. US Cellular is very deceitful and will will not tell you (or not tell you) to sell you items. They tell you something is “free” and it isn’t. They sign you up for items you don’t want and you don’t find out until it is too late. They say your bill will be lower and it is higher than ever……run away from them as fast as you can! Signed someone paying for items she didn’t want need or was told she got.

I had the best experience with Vicki when upgrading to a new phone! She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions. I would highly recommend going to this location for any issues or upgrades. Great customer service!

Got an iPhone 14 and went to another location. They told me I had to wait to get service. After 26 hours, still nothing. I stopped into this location on my way home and worked with Luke. He was the only one working and had a long line of people. However, he was able to get my phone working within 5 minutes even though the other location said it wasn’t possible. He also helped all the other people while I was there.
