I visited this USPS location on the night of Tuesday, December 10th, to mail my passport renewal, which was extremely time-sensitive. I specifically asked for one-day shipping to ensure it arrived as quickly as possible. However, the employee told me that two-day shipping would arrive at the same time as one-day due to the late hour, so I trusted their advice and went with two-day shipping.
Now, I’ve tracked the package, and it’s not expected to arrive until Monday, December 16th—much later than I was led to believe. This misinformation has caused unnecessary delays, stress, and could jeopardize my travel plans. If I had been told the truth, I would have chosen one-day shipping without hesitation.
I’m incredibly disappointed in the lack of accurate information provided and the lack of urgency for something as critical as a passport renewal. This experience has made me lose trust in USPS for time-sensitive deliveries.

Staff have no Idea what there doing, 2 of 5 packages I have mailed were lost and never found, Never scanned at another USPS center after dropping of at this location. Think is pretty obvious what’s going on, don’t waste your time or money…

Be warned, it's cash or check only, they don't take credit or debit cards. It's 2020 not 2003, there's no reason why they shouldn't have card readers.
