I noticed there is only one drive up box now. I tried to put two letters in at 4pm on a Monday and the box was FULL! I got out of my car and tried to open the large door and it was super full

I called here Wednesday May, 28th at 12:41 and the lady that answered the phone obviously has been working here a long time! she was ignorant rude and talking over me wouldn't even let me get a simple word in . I don't even know how this lady understood my question I never really got a chance to ask it??? Talk about job security

Not a direct review of this location but USPS in general. The absolute worst tracking system by far out of any shipping service. I HIGHLY recommend any other service, UPS, FEDEX, SPEEDEE..... any of them!!!! We had 100's of packages for our business unaccounted for and nobody could give any reasonable explanation.

I was left a slip of paper saying I could pick up my package at the Futuro address. When I got there I was told I need to go across town to the 6th st location to get my package. So I do. When I get there they can’t find my package and they call the Futuro location. And guess where my package is? Right where I started. Incompetence at its finest

You PO Que is horrible. Cannot get through to a live person. After hitting 0 many many times, finally I was able to get a call back. 25 to 37 minutes wait time. That is ridiculous.

Put important letter in mail but letter was not picked up by carrier. How can a business be run by people who do not have to pick up letters that they sell stamps for this service. Carriers get paid to not do their job. Service from Dubuque is poor at best. Mail delivered to wrong addresses and ignorance of letters. Don't complain about high costs when you could care less about your bread and butter. Phone contact sucks.

very convenient to drop off my package, however the employee that scanned in my package was not friendly whatsoever and threw my package (a cell-phone trade-in) into a bin. I would have liked a tracking receipt, but she walked away immediately and I couldn't ask.

despise what the reviews had me thinking my experience here was very nice. Staff working the mail pickup was nice and I was out of there with my mail no later than 5 minutes.

This has been my worst experience ever with a post office. I have been contacting them for a WHOLE YEAR because I hardly ever receive my mail. My name and the other members of my households last names are on the mailbox. Yet it gets put in other peoples boxes. Found out my previous downstairs neighbor was throwing my mail away when put in their mailbox. Current tenant either discards mail or writes NOT AT THIS ADDRESS on it. I’m sure EVERYONE sees me and my children’s last names on that mailbox. I don’t get it. How hard is it for the carrier to put the mail in the right mailboxes? Especially when the names are plastered on the darn boxes for both units. Called and someone hung up without even saying anything. This place is a joke but I’m going to figure out who to contact over them because this needs to stop.

Packages go here and then just disappear, never scan in at another USPS facility. Christmas all year round for there employees, have had 2 of 5 packages vanish of the planet after going to this location for processing. Label and boxes were taped all the way around on both sides and front to back. We’re did they go?

I get notices that I have mail, and packages out for delivery, but don’t receive them???The mail carrier will walk right past my mailbox “that I put right down by the road to make it easier for them not climbing my steps”, and won’t pick up my outgoing mail!The response is “ it’s in my contact that if I don’t have mail for you I don’t have to stop” ? Same response from the annex!So what happens when they don’t deliver the mail when the USPS app tells me I have mail, and packages out for delivery, but get nothing??It shows now that my packages went from Dubuque out for delivery to now in Cedar Rapids post office???????
