My pressure washer crapped out in the middle of a job. I called Midwest Pressure Washers. A real person answered. Within minutes and the help of A.I. (Actual Intelligence) Mark zeroed in on the exact pump that I needed. Problem solved...can't ask for more. Thank you Mark and MPW!!

I am in the construction industry, and these guys had the absolute best customer service I have experienced. They showed me not only a way to save almost the entire value of the pressure washer, but a better way to get the pressure washer to perform to my specifications. They even went as far as to custom fabricate the pieces, and agree to meet me at a location convenient for me. I just wish more people were like them. 10/10 would recommend these guys.
