False advertising on their Economy Shade structure. The assembly instructions, both online and in the package, contain incorrect information. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is that they offered to pick it up and provide a refund, and the rep, Vicki, was kind—though she seemed quite unfamiliar with the product.
