Yikes as far as basic customer service skills, properly running medications through insurance, and answering basic questions regarding how to resolve the issue before shutting the window while I’m simply trying to understand what’s happening. You never know where a person is at in life, and what’s going to push them over the edge. There’s no reason to be so rude. Disappointing, and I’m grateful I work in another town so I can switch to the pharmacy there to avoid being treated poorly and having insurance ran properly. Just disappointing.

I use Medicap Pharmacy because I believe in supporting local businesses & I consider the majority of the employees to be very helpful & friendly. Today was was the exception. Suffering from a sinus infection I went in to purchase a couple things recommended by a doctor. I told the pharmacist what I was looking for and she said if I had a sinus infection I should see a doctor. Had I felt better, I would have left & shopped elsewhere! She eventually sold me the items I requested. Upon paying for them, I told her I had been to 3 doctors recently and they said it just needed to run it’s course. Oh, she replied, it must be viral. Will be shopping for a new pharmacy.

You half to wait so long for perscriptions..very disappointed has well when you call in for a refill on a perscription that you need and they fill up wrong perscription that you ask for very unpleasant staff
