I ordered a grill online and had it delivered to Mershman to save myself some delivery fees. After assembling it I realized that the lid was badly bent and wouldn’t sit properly. I couldn’t figure out how to exchange it online so I called the store. The gentleman who helped me was an amazing! Not only did he order me a replacement, he brought it to me because I couldn’t fit the assembled grill in my car. The customer service was simply outstanding! They made me a customer for life! Thank you!

Never seem to have what you need. I just drive the 6 miles to menards. I would like to spend money as it's in my town.

Great people awesome selection outstanding customer service. These folks remind me of the hardware store my dad used to take me where they value the customer relationship more than the customer’s money. I’ll be looking for reasons to shop here from now on! Thanks Ted!

Like most businesses in Eldridge its run by kids who don't care if they actually help you. Its November 4th and the city is doing free lawn pickup every Monday. So you'd think they would have lawn bags at Ace, but no and when you ask the children who work there they look at you like your an idiot and then don't answer you and just leave you standing there. Good thing lowes has plenty and thats where I'll spend my money now. No convenience in a small town and no adults to run a business. Shameful. Zero stars
