We’ve had Central Scott for land line, internet, and cable for the last four years. The best service we’ve ever had. There weren’t many problems, but when we did have one they responded right away! I would definitely recommend them!

Internet is down basically every other week now, sucks that this is basically the only place you can get internet around here. Enjoy your monopoly while it lasts, because when another provider eventually comes around you will have no more customers.

250mb down 25 up for 100 dollars A MONTH. The worst deal I have ever heard of. Don’t waste y’all’s time until they change there price’s absolutely ridiculous. Metronet has 500 up 500 down for like 40$ a month.

Only place that we could get internet when we moved here. Love them except for the online pay. Always have issues with their login system.

Only have telephone internet and it's super slow, and seems to be getting slower. Hasn't been any choice for other providers but I hear there is 5g available now from the cell phone providers like t mobile or Verizon and such. If so this will be my last month. Sick of wasting 77 bucks a month to barely be able to watch YouTube. Kids can't even play Roblox.

When they were Dixon Telephone Company…they were great…..Now….mediocre!!! Would drop them in a minute….no where else to go !

Having a local phone, cable TV, and internet provider is practically immeasurable. When the COVID shutdown happened, our bandwidth wasn't keeping up with the demands, and CST was very helpful in working toward a remedy. The only downside is that our neighborhood isn't quite equipped for the very high-speed internet availability (yet).

Outdated , need to get with the times. They say they are going to have fiber in my area but it is a total joke. The packages they offer and the pricing is terrible. I have no idea why anyone would switch. Mediacom "I can't believe I am saying this" has been better in every way. Why does CS not offer actual full synchronous fiber? Why is the pricing so outrageous? Who is going to pay over 120$ for gig down and only 25mb up. This breaks my brain , they must just hope that people that don't know any better sign up. It literally has to cost them more money to offer these types of garbage speeds though fiber vs letting you have full gig. I hope Metronet runs them out of business.

Horrible experience. Internet only works half the time. When it does it randomly stops working. Very slow speeds. Would not recommend to anyone. Do not use central Scott.

we have been a customer for 30 years and missed one payment because a debit card was lost and they shut us off! This is uncalled for and we will find annother internet and phone servicer!
