From the day I contacted you about possibly moving banks I have been extremely pleased with my decision, though at times a bit confused. How do you do it...people answer phones, employees smile and answer your questions ( as importantly if they cant they will find someone who can) I have been told that people, in todays market like dealing with impersonal customer service, it gives them comfort in their anonymity. yeah , sure.Ascentra Credit Union is terrific. You call on the phone, visit on line or walk in the door , you are treated with the same considerate and friendly service. I have yet to be treated any other way.”

A nice thing for the kids is they have games in lobby to keep them occupied. They also have a change machine for member’s and how great that you do not have to roll change to deposit.”
