Very rude employees. Nathan was especially rude, as he seemed to be very overwhelmed by me purchasing balloons and needing them filled. He was anxious about the long line behind me, so I offered several times to let the other customers complete their purchases and I would wait for the balloons. He ignored my attempts and then filled my balloons half full and didn’t tie the strings tight. Very petty. Nathan has zero customer service skills or just basic social skills. Would benefit from additional training.

Today my daughter walked in this store to buy items needed like any other paying Customer, and as soon as she walked through the door, the employee screamed, no more teens in the store. You need to leave! My daughter, not knowing that she was talking to her, walked to where she was trying to buy the items and the lady, hunted her down and screamed and yelled at her that she needs to get out of the store that they’re not allowing teens in the store my daughter is almost 18 and was not causing any problems just trying to buy things that she needed and when she asked to speak to the manager because she didn’t like the way she was spoken to by this employee the lady said I am the manager and told her to get out of the store that she was kicked out for doing absolutely nothing wrong. Terrible customer service, very rude and they will not be getting our business.

Me and my friends wanted to go in to grab a snack but the lady at the front said “NO MORE KIDS” we were confused because there were only three of us and asked “what?” She said “No more kids are allowed go wait outside” we were confused and just left, we will NOT be coming back! I would give it a 0 if I could, considering the crowded isles that are unorganized I would not recommend visiting

If i could give it zero, i would. They are extremely rude to kids and yell at us if we bring a drink in. One time a worker literally took my friends drink behind the counter even though she payed for it. Very bad service.

What I dont like about this company is the very low pay & the amount of work the employees have to do. Always tons of boxes in aisles. The demands are crazy of the explanations of the employees. Huge lines on Saturday w/ one person working. New policy of only one worker can work during that time span. Really???? Why not just have an honor systems in place so the company does not have to pay anyone? One employee? How rotten.

Price gouging through the entire store! Every single item has been retagged up and marked up anywhere from 20-100%. Absolutely unethical and illegal. If you are going to fraud your customers then at least remove the old prices. Disgusting.

Nice to have a local place to grab quick needed items but, this store is usually a bit of a mess and no staff. Prices are generally low but I frequently get charged more than it says on the shelf and with no staff and a line I think they count on the fact that most people aren't going to bother to complain. Just frustrating.
