“ROGER IS THE BEST!!! seriously I’ve had a problem with my phone for months, was constantly dropping calls and couldn’t send any text messages and I took my phone to multiple t-mobile stores, and they said they couldn’t do anything for me but trade my phone in which was ridiculous. Roger looked into my phone , found out the exact problem and fixed it within seconds! Highly recommend him if you’re having phone issues!”

The staff takes the time to take care of the customers, and they don't act like they're doing you a favor to be open and don't try to schedule you three weeks out for whatever your immediate issue is. They were very fast and efficient at getting prices for all of the games and were very helpful and patient.
