I had a big box of old games and a PS2 that were gathering dust in my closet and some newer ones that I was never gonna play again and I ended up getting a PS5 for almost 75% off after in-store credit. They were very fast and efficient at getting prices for all of the games and were very helpful and patient. Not going to lie we were hesitant about coming to the store because a lot of the times it takes forever to be seen but we were instantly greeted with a warm smile by latesha. she was such a warm person, and was so very friendly. she explained everything perfectly and was very patient with us. she is very personable and someone who is going to make your customers keep coming back.”
