A full breakfast is provided, with items like biscuits and gravy, sausage, scrambled eggs, and waffles, though some found the eggs bland. However, several significant issues are reported. Maintenance problems are common, including broken elevators, a permanently closed hot tub, and malfunctioning in-room items like broken pull-out couches, non-working TVs, and dirty Jacuzzis. Some guests encountered rooms with ants and musty, dirty hallways. Housekeeping services were absent during longer stays, and some handicap rooms lacked proper grab bars in the shower. While staff often tried to address problems, the frequency of these issues led to very poor experiences for some, who would not recommend the hotel.
Very nice. Wonderful, well-maintained room. Lg icebox in fridge. Forgot charger to phone, charger in room w my cord. Thank you for thinking of the little things! Highly recommend!

Very clean for the price. Warmest pool I've ever been in in a hotel. Very friendly and helpful. Needed an extended stay for a not so great situation and they were very accommodating. Hot tub out of order, like the majority of hotels in the area, but they have rooms with hot tubs if you needed one. Overall great value
