Valley Fresh Market is a small, locally owned grocery store in a tiny town. It offers fresh, basic groceries with fair prices and a friendly, clean environment. The store often features sweet specials, promos on family meals or bulk buys, and new products managed well by the staff. They carry quality brands like Food Club and include local items such as cage-free eggs. We are considering a move to Elgin. So we checked out the store. The prices are a little high, but that's to be expected in a small town. Clean well organized. We did a little shopping. The only disappointment was the meat department. The shelfs were kinda bare, unless you wanted hamburger. We will definitely go back.

Great small town market. Limited, but good selection. The prices are in the high side since they are a small town grocery store.
Very friendly staff, and very helpful.
