Turkey River Mall in Elkader, Iowa, is the area's leading antique store. It is filled with treasures and a mix of everything across three floors and a basement. The building, a former hotel, offers fun architecture to see. Visitors find primitives, antiques, vintage items, gifts, collectibles, apparel, jewelry, home decor, and much more, including a cabinet for uranium glass collectors and a rock room. The kind and friendly staff provide a welcoming greeting. Be prepared to spend hours exploring and wear comfy shoes for the stairs. It is a very fun place to explore with great displays, and many plan on returning.

Very pleased with what I was able to find at this antique mall! They have a mix of everything, local crafts included. If you're a uranium glass collector they do have a cabinet of those as well. The kind owners/employees even provide you with treats to enjoy while you shop and a little history lesson on the building 😊
