I was just at the Ely Casey's, and when I walked in, the young man didn't say hi, he rang me up, and didn't even say thank you or anything. This was not good customer service. At the very minimum, at least smile for 2 seconds.

Worst service of my entire life had be lucky if I don’t call the better business bureau have me wait in a long line then say I need to ring what you had back up so I went to grab and she let the whole line ahead of me again instead of waiting 5 seconds for me to grab the water and juice the girl with the curly hair around 8pm and then she wanted to argue with me I can’t believe this place

I don’t think wearing a top that’s showing your belly & belly button ring is very attractive when your @ work. Casey’s (Ely, IA) has really let the dress code go down since I worked there. They need better management and supervision @ this store. Way to much goofing around, playing on phones & friends hanging out and talking. Lines are to long!!

Masks are just not this complicated. Nose on the inside. Most the times I go here someone has it wrong, and it's clear no one cares. Other than that, it's a standard Casey's.
