“They had the best price of 4 quotes from other local body shops. However, as we know the “low bid” doesn’t always mean the best quality. That was NOT the case here!! I was completely impressed with the job they did on my silver 2020 Grand Cherokee! It looked brand new not only on the outside but the inside too!! They did an amazing detailing at no extra charge…just part of their standard practice! Wow!?
Shout out to Jacob Lawson, you are the best!! And thanks for the little extra fix on my mud flap (at no cost) another wow! ? ??”

“Jason at Mack’s is professional and very friendly! I have had my Jeep repaired twice now by his shop due to deer, he has gone above and beyond both times. My Jeep looks good as new, and also was returned to me clean and shined up! Thank you, Mack’s! Highly recommend!”

“I recently had my catalytic converter replaced at Palmer Muffler, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They walked me through the entire process and explained what needed to be done in simple terms. They also took the time to inspect other parts of the exhaust system.

My car runs much smoother now, and I noticed an immediate performance improvement. If you’re looking for honest, high-quality service for your catalytic converter or any exhaust-related repairs, Palmer Muffler is the place to go! I highly recommend it!”

“I made an online order on a Thursday and had my part in hand on Friday just before closing time. They had to shuffle a couple employees to finish my order. I’m a happy customer from previous years and am happy now. Thanks for the excellent customer service.”

“These guys are THOSE guys. Those guys who get stuff done and are awesome to their customers. I called an hour before they closed whilst 3 states away and asked about a part. They immediately confirmed they had it and said it needed to be pulled first tho.
20 minutes later: They have the part pulled already, have sent me actual pictures of it on hand and didn't pressure me for the sale at all. Called back the next day to confirm purchase and shipping, my part was shipped that same day and I had it in hand 3 days later. Awesome customer service guys! You've earned a loyal customer out of me”

“I was recently in "damsel in distress" mode as I traveled several hours with my four-year-old in the rain when, naturally, my driver's side windshield wiper blew completely off. Called ahead and the gentleman said he would have the wiper kit ready and even put it on for me (I have a tall vehicle) as soon as I arrived. No joke, I was in and out in 2 minutes. Wonderful experience!”

“We love Four Seasons. They are totally fair and honest. One time I took our car in for a repair and they gave me a quote for $400....which seemed totally reasonable for the work that had to be done. But when I came back to pick up the car, the bill was for only $250! Richard, their mechanic, is great. He will diagnose the issues for you for free and give you a reasonable quote. One time I had a brake job, requiring the brake lines to be replaced. He quoted $700. I took it to another mechanic who quoted it at $800. So I asked Richard why replacing the brake lines would cost so much. He said that to pull the old lines out you would have to also pull out the gas lines. So I said, what if you just clip the brake lines, leave the old lines in place and put the new ones in. He said yes, he could do that. Final price...$300. I always enjoy working with Richard. He is good, conscientious, accurate and sincere. It is also fun working with the body people. If there is a very expensive job for our older cars they will suggest ways to cut corners, make a completely acceptable, if not perfect repair that saves some money for their customers.Great people, good natured, skilled at what they do and neighborly for us in the community. Can't say enough good things about Four Seasons Auto!We have been with them for years!Always a pleasure interacting with them,”
