They don't just throw parts at a problem and then carelessly shrug their shoulders when it didn't fix things even though I know process of elimination is just part of how car repair has to go sometimes. They always offer to show me my old, broken parts which I appreciate.

“Needed to replace the windshield on my 2014 Impala. Fairfield glass was able to order the windshield overnight and replace it early the next morning. I was pleasantly surprised!The windshield on my vehicle was more difficult than the usual automotive windshield to replace. They disconnected the electrical wiring in the windshield, cut the adhesive and removed the plastic cowling at the base of the windshield before removing it. The new windshield was in place less than 30 minutes later.The overall experience for me was very pleasant. I was surprised at the low cost of the overall process.Very happy and recommend this business's services.”

“I am from out of town, and am here in Fairfield IA, for only a short time. I noticed a tire pressure alert on my dashboard, and soon after I checked the air pressure of all of my tires.
I discovered one of my tires had lost a lot of air, and realized the tire was leaking. I contacted Iowa Tire Sales at the recommendation of a friend, and I'm sure glad that I did.
Iowa Tire took me right in, without a wait, and promptly checked the tire in question for a leak, which turned out to be from a screw.
The tire technician repaired my tire quickly and efficiently, patching the leak, such that the tire is like new again.
I'm very pleased with their expertise, and with their reasonable pricing. I wouldn't hesitate to return. I highly recommend them!

“We love Four Seasons. They are totally fair and honest.One time I took our car in for a repair and they gave me a quote for $400....which seemed totally reasonable for the work that had to be done. But when I came back to pick up the car, the bill was for only $250! Richard, their mechanic, is great. He will diagnose the issues for you for free and give you a reasonable quote. One time I had a brake job, requiring the brake lines to be replaced. He quoted $700. I took it to another mechanic who quoted it at $800. So I asked Richard why replacing the brake lines would cost so much. He said that to pull the old lines out you would have to also pull out the gas lines. So I said, what if you just clip the brake lines, leave the old lines in place and put the new ones in. He said yes, he could do that. Final price...$300. I always enjoy working with Richard. He is good, conscientious, accurate and sincere.It is also fun working with the body people. If there is a very expensive job for our older cars they will suggest ways to cut corners, make a completely acceptable, if not perfect repair that saves some money for their customers.Great people, good natured, skilled at what they do and neighborly for us in the community.Can't say enough good things about Four Seasons Auto!We have been with them for years!Always a pleasure interacting with them,”

I was completely impressed with the job they did on my silver 2020 Grand Cherokee! It looked brand new not only on the outside but the inside too!!
