Customer service is amazing when I couldn't find my lot number due to a change in staffing and a miscommunication with maintenance they helped me find where I was looking for and noticed the error that needed fixed.

If you need a storage unit or a place to store your boat, RV, or your car this is the place you want. I did everything online and it was very easy to get the unit I wanted plus the first month is free can't beat that. Thanks you old Foundry storage.

Storage unit itself is great. Getting the stuff to the unit itself is a little bumpy but after a couple rounds, I figured it out. Having little wedges by the doors would be useful so we don’t have to lift the cart every time. But still great value overall.
