UPS at everybody's do not want to do their jobs and do amazon returns! I have gotten them to do them in the past but wouldn't this time stating they are just a drop off location. Lol that is all i am trying to do is drop it off. Only ups location within 30 min. Crazy bad service! Called ups and they didnt understand why they wouldn't take it. Sadly it was a call center in philippines with limited athority to handle the issue. Ended up putting it in the drop box.
Reply to owner: they said i would have to go to maci's in ottumwa to send an amazon return even with a package label. You guys need to get your shit together!

Convenient drop box located outside everybody's food store. Able to drop off a medium sixed package and stay covid free.
