Fantastic experience. It was incredibly surprising to learn how different the quality was with US Cellular versus Verizon. With US Cellular the connection was extremely clear and people immediately commented on that when I called my customers so I'm really grateful that I decided to go to US Cellular and Cody did a fantastic job helping me set up my account smooth easy effortless it was a great experience

Summer told me over the phone she could set me up with a cheaper phone and plan than the lady I talked to from the customer service #, 611. Jared worked with me at the store. I was very happy with everything. Great team you have there. Was sorry to hear T-Mobile bought US Cellular though.

It seems like the week I was trying out my new router the tower was having issues, this cannot be confirmed. I had been troubleshooting and returned the modem within the 2 week trial thinking it just wasn't good Internet service since it was pretty bad most of the time. I thought I signed up for a $40/month plan but I got an invoice for $106. Returning the modem itself was a chore and I wasn't going to leave any bad review because that day the staff was great. The in store staff does not handle billing so I had to deal with them separately. I just called to clear up this invoice issue ($106 for about 11 days of horrible internet when I was told it was $40?) and the woman told me to wait until the next invoice to see what charges and credits are there. I asked why my bill was so much in the first place, let alone waiting a month to find out what other charges and have to call back again. She gave me an explanation that I needed to sign up for paperless to get a $10 discount. I said, that doesn't sound right but we aren't getting anywhere so I will have to call back when the new invoice comes. She hung up on me. I'm not even writing out all my complaints here but the point is that it has been a big hassle and total screw up and lack of transparency with the billing.
