a worker started yelling at my friend for making a mess by accident and she snatched the thing out of her hand and threatened her that'd she kick her out of the store and my friend asked to pay for it and instead the lady blew her off and told her she don't want her money and walked away. she is mid height and pure white hair.

We started using walmart in mt pleasant last spring, very impressed. So pleased when Fairfield walmart finally got their online ordering up and running. There are a few things that aren't available that I prefer,but other than that. We love it. Occasionally a substitute but always with our okay. Usual wait is under 3 minutes. Employees are friendly, courteous and efficient. We are on our way about 5 minutes after arriving. Knowing how much work goes into this. And it's all free to us. I will always use this service. Thank you Walmart

tpaper run! yea they had tpaper! ordered and payed online. i just wish they had the outside pick up and load up like other walmarts do. fast in and out!

It's clean, they do rebate recycling, staff is helpful & willing to order more organic dairy products upon customer requests. Never going to be a 5 star review for Walmart though, can't do it since they're not going to stock pistol ammunition because of the anti-2a lobby.

I would like to preface this by stating that I have been to many Walmart's that are fine and do not have these problems. My issues do not seem to be company wide, at least in my experience. Firstly, the staff is extremely rude and often condescending. Hardly any checkout lanes are ever open, no matter how busy they are or how many people seem to be working. Often I see staff members just standing around or talking. Whenever I ask for help, the staff doesn't seem to want to actually help and usually doesn't. When I ask for a location of certain items or wether or not they carry a certain product, they say that they don't know and don't bother to help me find it. My second issue is the lack of cleanliness and order. I often find items open with the product stolen or in poor condition. The bathroom is disgusting and I avoid it as much as possible.

Staff was not friendly nor helpful. Not much of a selection for such a large store. Was not very happy after waiting in line to check out and the cashier was waiving the people behind me to come up first.

Horrible customer service. Only a few of them are nice. The rest act like snobs and that they don't want to be there. There is one named Karen that is so mean and rude to customers and other workers. She needs to be fired. All of the customer service people that are rude need to be replaced. One customer service person couldn't even be bothered to go to the place where the price was. Just checked it on register and gave me my money back. I removed the five dollar sign since it did not ring up that price. Please highly consider firing the Karen brown. I have complained to the website and store. And she is still there. Just horrible. No one likes her.

With patience, I am writing this review. It is because customers in this area need to know that at this Walmart's photo center, customer service representatives are really rude. Not only that, the assistant manager is also rude and so are some of the cashiers in the front of the store. Very rude customer service, they don't like to help the customer at the photo center, and instead threaten them to leave the store for not any big reason. We were trying to figure out some issue with the visa photo dimension requirements and wanted to collaborate with the customer service rep. Not only she threatened that she will not help us but also told us that she can have us kicked out of the store for no reason at all. The assistant manager told us that we should not have pressed the customer service help button when she threatened us to not help us. We really needed some help, so we thought someone else can help us, instead she told us that she can have us kicked us out of the store. What rudeness!! Only reflects the amount of respect she has learned, totally uncivilized way. They even told us to go to HyVee instead. We did, and they were nicer actually. Thank you and we are never shopping at Walmart, even the prices are low. It takes me a lot to say someone is rude, and more over, to go to this length to write a review.

This is a review on the NEW walmart not the old one. First off, i was underwhelmed by the size of the store. It is no bigger than the old one. The prices are raised and the selection has been lowered. I still like the store, it serves the purpose but doesn't have much to offer.
