No hot food at lunchtime, the bathrooms are absolutely filthy & most of the cold food was expired. Just bulldoze this spot. Management be inoperable.

Ordered pizza online, went in at appointed time. Asked for the order, red haired lady said should of stayed home today never have i burnt a pizza before. No one ever said sorry your order will be delayed if you still want it. Acted like it was my fault . Waited and waited, finally done lady still didnt say sorry, or anything close. Was kinda rude.

Don't plan on getting your food at the time. It is said to be done. Expect it to be double whatever they say for time it's like this every time at this location I would not recommend. I'm very disappointed

Ordered two pizzas for 5:40, I show up at 5:40 and one hasn’t even been put in the oven. Very expected for such a low quality place.

DO NOT use this store for your pizza. Arrived 2 minutes before time was told it would be available. They hadn't even started to make it. Waited it was undercooked and missing toppings. They made a second one that had a large hole torn in the crust. Will never shop here again

I had applied for the team member position at both Casey's in Forest City. I know for a fact I did, because on the Casey's Career website, there was two of them, and I check marked both boxes. So both caseys in town should have received an application from me. I called the larger Casey's in town multiple times. For some reason they only have one manager. Obviously they need more managers that people can speak to, because she was the only option. That store is open 24/7 so there should be at least 2 managers on call. But that is beside my main point. I called and waited about my application. The team members even took my name and number down for the manager to get a hold of me and I still had to be the one to call her back every time. One day she told me that she had viewed my application and then said there was a part time shift available and that she would call me back later in the day. I never got a call back. So a day or two later I call back and she lies to me saying she never got my application, even though she already said she looked at it a few days earlier. Terrible management. They need more managers on site because this one obviously can't remember things she should remember. All I know is that her first name is Kim.

Ordered a pizza. Said estimated time 10:06. I got there at 10:10 expecting it to be done. Wasn’t even started, they also had 2 people in the kitchen. Also the morning crew never has food in warmers! Casey’s is going downhill fast!

Pizza was estimated to be done at 8:45pm, got there at 8:44pm thinking I would see it being finished up as I was getting my drinks... It had not even been started wasn't throw in until 8:52pm... I love using my rewards on a free pizza for it to just waist my time.

Doughnuts were horrible from the little selection that was there nothing in the warmer and the lady behind the counter was rude as hell! Its November how do you not have a fully stocked warmer or doughnuts during farming season

Last time I order here. 60 minute wait. Bit down on what I think is an olive pit in my pizza(I hope) rude service. Curbside order, waited 15 mins in The parking lot and ended up going inside to get it myself. I understood they were busy. But when you start telling me excuses on why you can't do your job right there is a problem.
