  My “old” (4/22) died during a family emergency today, & I had to run to buy a new phone in Forest City, IA! Amy, who recognized me as an old customer, IMMEDIATELY knew what I needed! She dashed around, picking my phone, case & protector, then proceeded to set my new phone up, transferring ALL the contents of my “old” phone without even a glitch!
