Nicole was so understanding and knowledgeable with helping my wife resolve her phone issues. My wife could not make calls or text with her new phone, we were told that her sim card was bad in her old phone and she needed a new phone. But same issues were transferred to the new phone. Nicole resolved it in minutes, will definitely come here to get new phones next time.

What a great place they are so nice polite and Very knowledgeable about what they do i actually was thinking of changing carriers but after today very helpful and pleasant visit ill be staying where I’m at if I owned version i would hire both these gals you can get a phone anywhere if you have customer service like this you will always have good customers i spent 38 years in Customer Service anyway everyone did a fantastic job. Thank you and thank them.

Jess helped me with my problem within 5 minutes and I have spent over 2 hours with Verizon on the phone and still had problem's. I will only come to this store from now on!

Jess provided excellent costumer service when my daughter’s phone didn’t work. She gave me all my options and helped me pick the best phone option. She went above and beyond helping me pick accessories as well. I would highly recommend using Verizon and Jess in Forest City.
